And to be clear, I have Composite + S-video, CVBS SCART and RGB SCART converters, all bought at different times. For S-video, one of those cheap generic Composite + S-video to HDMI converters might be okay. My old (maybe 2011 model or so, which I bought around 2014) Portta converter doesn't have an insane amount of delay like the RGB converterIdeally, you want to connect your N64 to your HDTV via RCA composite connectors (AV IN 2 in photo) or a SCART port (AV IN 1 in photo). A SCART to RCA adapter will be required for this task. An N64 can be connected to an AV connection on the back of a television. In addition, you can also connect the N64 directly to the TVâs antenna connector.
Not a problem, first you need to buy the following items, 1. a Scart adapter (out) 2. a set of RCA leads ( these are Red/White/Yellow male connectors ) Then you need to buy a, USB 2.0 Video Capture Kit ( ÂŁ10 on Ebay) this comes with CD instructions. Plug it all together and it's all the way. good luck. Ordered list.
