Air bubbles usually mean the fuel filter is either not seated correctly, the filter seal is leaking or you have damaged fuel lines. The codes point to the fuel pump though so could be a seal or line damaged there.

On the 2008 Focus the fuel filter should be in the normal location just in front of the fuel tank. However in 2009 they changed to a "life-time" filter that is part of the fuel pump. I am not sure when the build-date split when they changed designs. If you do not have a filter located in the classic position, then suspect you have a late built
The 2.0 tdci is a PSA engine, not a Ford engine. Use A5/B5 5w30 Mobil Super 3000 Formula FE is all you need. Used that for years in my 2008 Volvo V50 2.0d and in my previous 2005 Ford Mondeo 2.0 tdci, which had the previous 2.0 chain driven engine. There was simply no room between the top of the socket and the plastic above the oil filter housing. I'll try and take a picture.
