Okay, so I just finished unplugging my Gopro hero 4 and not sure if I over charged it, but when I turned it on, the main menu is on but the screen is black. I tried recording and taking a picture but the screen remains black. It isn't completely off because the black screen is still lighted up. Run a factory reset of the camera: First, you can turn off your GoPro HERO. Second, eject your GoPro HERO SD card. Third, turn on your GoPro HERO again and run a factory reset (in References) of your GoPro camera. Fourth, insert your SD Card and watch the GoPro video again to see if it has audio. And after a minute or so the whole screen at the back goes black (as if it was not turned on) but the screen at the front still looks normal. I have tried taking the battery and the SD card out and putting

I checked that is has the last update and I changed the Screensaver time to never turn off. Still the back screen won't show anything.

I have successfully connected my GoPro to 2 different computers to charge, and transfer pictures/ videos that are multiple GBs. I've transferred a couple of videos from my last recording
